We want you to be delighted with your purchase from HouseofOmaya, and we apologize if you're not entirely satisfied. We are more than happy to facilitate exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

Rules and Guidelines

Initiating Returns: Please request all exchanges and returns within 15 days of the invoice date. To initiate a return or exchange, kindly send your request to namaste@houseofomaya.com
Full Refund Eligibility: Items purchased from HouseofOmaya are eligible for a full refund if returned within 15 days of purchase. You have up to 15 days from the date of purchase to exchange the item for any other product available on our website.
Non-Refundable Items: Please note that polyester inserts and items marked as “SALE” are not eligible for a refund. However, they can be exchanged for another item available online.
Return Condition: To process a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Returns for items that have been opened and lack the original packaging and purchase receipt will not be approved.
Refund Procedure
Returns typically take 3-5 business days to process once they reach our facility. Upon completion of the return process and issuance of your refund, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your credit card or bank account may vary, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for expedited orders are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately at 9310668407 and follow up with an email to namaste@houseofomaya.com attaching a photo of the damaged item.
